Hi! I’m Lindsay and I am so excited that you are considering me, and Gloss Studio, for your next salon experience!
I put this pack together to give you a bit more of a formal introduction to Gloss Studio experience and what to expect when you visit.
2020 is the 10th anniversary of being a salon owner and while there have been a few challenges along the way, I’ve enjoyed every moment.
Education has been a big part of that journey, it would be very easy to let learning fall by the side while I focus on other things but I am super proud that I actually took on more learning and development opportunities. This led me to turn to teaching and even while running my salon, I spent 6 years as Lead Artistic Educator for L’Oreal Professional Canada and recently became an ambassador for Pureoloy Canada. I love taking classes on anything from balayage to bridal styling as well as keeping up with the latest extension techniques. I love to travel and have been to New York and Texas to get a different perspective on hair and techniques.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Parking is located at the side of the building. Salons by JC is the name of the business I am located in and can be found in the same plaza as Dollarama on the opposite end of the plaza.
When you arrive, please text me at 905.232.9444 with your first and last
name. I will text you back when you can come into the salon.
Once you're all settled we'll talk about your hair dreams and worst nightmares, and take a look at some inspiration photos so I can get an idea of the things you do, and don't like.
I promise you that you've never had someone ask so many questions!
After I have a clear insight into our goal for your appointment, I'll walk you through what's obtainable, our game plan for the day and future services, the level of maintenance involved in the look you desire, and how to style and care for your new look at home.

I will create a custom maintenance plan that fits your specific hair needs and I will walk you through exactly what steps you'll need to take at home to execute the perfect color and style between appointments.
