I accept cash, Debit, VISA and MasterCard only.
All services do not include HST.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Please check service menu for up to date pricing at any time.
All hair extension, special occasion styling services of 3+ people or color corrections must be held with a credit card with a minimum of a 50% deposit in order to book the reservation.
These services cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation and will be charged the remaining amount due without refund.
Additional fees may apply to book a new time slot.
Retouch every 4-6 weeks
All Over 4-6 Weeks
Highlight 6-8 Weeks
Balayage 12-14 Weeks
Balayage Toner 6-8 Weeks
Wait 48 hours to Shampoo your hair, use dry shampoo if needed.
Use Purple Shampoo one time per week, increase to 2 times per week as needed. Allow it to sit for 5-7 mins before rinsing
To Avoid Chlorine green wet Hair prior to swimming and apply conditioner to create a barrier for you hair (recommended Color Wow conditioner for thick or fine)
Use a color Preserving Shampoo and Conditioner
There are no refunds for services rendered.
If there is an issue all attempts will be made by Lindsay to rectify the situation. Any issues must be
addressed within 1 week of your original
(A change of mind about a color request does not constitute an issue, and adjustments will be treated as a new service).
Please note, blonding often takes multiple sessions to achieve the desired goal while maintaining the health of your hair)
Lindsay is not responsible for fading of hair color due to improper care or using products not purchased directly from the salon. Please ask Lindsay about recommended products for your hair service.
CONFIRMATION TEXT & EMAILS
As a courtesy, Gloss Studio will send a text and or email to confirm your service appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment date. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments or any policy fees.
Please note these services are done via a third party provider and will not be able to receive any incoming messages. To reschedule or cancel any service please call the salon directly and leave a voicemail if needed.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on my waiting list.
I request at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling and rescheduling appointments.
Late cancel fee is $50
To reschedule or cancel any service please call the salon directly and leave a voicemail if needed prior to the time restriction.
I do my best to work with you in case of emergencies, as I do understand that issues come up unexpectedly.
This policy is not enforced when we are under severe weather conditions.
NO SHOW POLICY
My no show fee policy is strictly enforced and will billable prior to your next appointment at 50% of the missed reservation.
Multiple no shows will result in no longer being able to book an appointment,
Multiple late arrivals will result in a fee of
$15 for every 15 minutes late.
All information collected by Lindsay is for the use of Lindsay only and will not be given to any third parties. I use your personal information to better serve you with appointment reminders, retail services and yearly promotions tailored to you.
