Options 1 (regular request):

I unfortunately do not have any upcoming appointments that fit the amount of time required to complete the services you asked for. The next appointment I would have available is XXXXX or XXXXX.

Another option is to take advantage of my out of hours service. The next available appointment would be XXXXX or XXXXX. This service does cost more and is billed at 1.5 the usual cost so your service would cost $XXXX + tax.

Please let me know if you would like to go ahead so that I can secure your appointment. Please note cancelation within the 24-hour threshold is billable at $25 + tax per service booked and is due before rebooking. Also, the pricing sent in your initial and confirmation email does not reflect the premium pricing and will be adjusted in salon.
