What payment methods do you accept?


Here are Gloss Studio we accept Cash, Debit, VISA and Master Card only.




What is your pricing DURING regular salon hours?


Please visit the Salon Services page for up-to-date pricing.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Service pricing does not include HST and will be added upon check out.




Can I get my final price now?


No, we do not provide final quotes prior to your appointment as circumstances and services can change during your scheduled appointment. Looking for an in-depth consultation? In person consultations are $30 for a 30-minute in-depth consultation including mapping out the process, creating a maintenance schedule and after care regime. If you book and complete your service within 2 months of the consultation date, the consultation fee is deducted from your service cost.




How often should I get my hair done?


Great question! It is always good to have a plan to make sure you're always meeting your #HairGoals.

Below is a list of time frames depending on what you are getting done.

  • Hair Cut every 4-12 weeks

  • Colour Retouch every 4-6 weeks

  • All Over Colour every 4-6 Weeks

  • Highlight every 6-8 Weeks

  • Balayage every 12-14 Weeks

  • Balayage Toner every 6-8 Weeks




How should I care for my freshly coloured hair?


Once Gloss Studio has dyed your hair, you should wait 48 hours before shampooing. If needed, use dry shampoo!

  • Blondes: we recommend that you use Purple or Blue Shampoo once a week and gradually increase to two times per week, as needed. Tip: allow the Purple/Blue Shampoo to sit in your hair for 5-7 minutes before rinsing.

  • Avoid chlorine green hair with this trick! Wet your hair and apply conditioner prior to swimming to help create a barrier for your hair.

  • Use a professional colour Preserving Shampoo and Conditioner.

What is your pricing OUTSIDE of regular salon hours?


Any service(s) rendered during these hours cost 1.5 the regular price. You must consent to the price given via email in order to book this type of appointment. Clients cannot book these appointments online and can only request this type of appointment by filling out the Out of Hours Appointment Request form by clicking here or by emailing us directly. Cancellation within the 24 hour threshold is billable at $25 + tax per service booked and is due before rebooking.
